CGS Parent Volunteer Form (2026-2027)

Second Week of Each Month:

• Parents' Adoration Time: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (first semester)
• First Communion Prep in Atrium: 5:15 - 7:00 p.m. (second semester)

Volunteers who have close contact with children MUST be Diocesan Safe Environment trained and certified, have an authorized background check, and complete a four-hour training seminar.
