Facilities Request Form

IMPORTANT NOTE: This form is intended exclusively for parish ministries. It is not for external groups unaffiliated with the parish (families, community groups, or other private entities).


Facility Details

  • Room A & B – Accommodates five round tables (72") (with eight people per table) and two 8' rectangular tables for serving OR six 8' rectangular tables with thirty chairs and two 6' - 8' tables for serving/additional use.
  • Education Room – Accommodates forty people with round tables, fifty people with rectangular tables, and sixty people with chairs.
  • McDonald Hall – Accommodates eight round tables (30-72") comfortably and ten at maximum. Three-hundred chairs are available.


If you would like the Cathedral Staff to set-up McDonald Hall, please use the attached layout below to sketch your plan. Please email the Facilities Manager, Zach Pullam, or drop it off at the Cathedral office two (2) weeks prior to the event.
